I have just had my initial session on Zoom to try and solve a painful knee caused by osteoarthritis, Baker’s cyst and varicose vein.
Jane has a very easy, sympathetic manner and listens to your story and remembers it. Her choice of exercises are explained well and are then followed up on email for… you to use and not forget.
I am now hoping that all her advice brings pain relief and normal walking once I have followed the plan for 7/ 10 days.
Thank you. Read more “Knee”

Following a recent hip replacement, I took advantage of Jane’s online consultancy appointment facility.
I can not recommend this highly enough; the consultation covered exactly the same points as a face to face consultation would have done and, as I am not allowed to drive, saved having to ask someone to drive me there… and back.
A really useful addition to an already first class service!
Thank you Jane Read more “Online consultation”

Fantastic – have a list of ‘ tailor made ‘ exercises for me… to do over the next few weeks . It was a relaxing experience too, would highly recommend. Read more “Appointment for severe back pain”

The work place was well sign posted, looked clean and is obviously used by other practitioners with different work benches. Jane was friendly and warm in her welcome and during the assessment. She communicated some of the complicated anatomy and structural stuff in simple terms. She listened to my descriptions and checked she’d understood my… problem. She pinpointed the causes and gave me some simple graded exercises both verbally and in picture form for me to do at home. Definitely value for money. Read more “Warm welcome professional work”
